1. Completing this registration form and paying the non-refundable deposit guarantees your seat on this trip.

2. For your ease, please use a laptop/desktop to complete this form.

3. Non-refundable deposit $350 | Visa Fee $150 (optional)

4. Children under the age of 9 who do not require a bed for themselves, do not have a ground package cost. They are still required to register.

5. The following form is able to accommodate up to 8 family members. If more slots are needed, please submit a separate form.

6. If you are registering for your family, please ensure the first applicant is the Parent/Guardian and therefore, the primary applicant.

7. We will follow up after registration to notify you about the information session before the trip.

8. The rest of your payment will be due on the first day of the trip, in Iraq.
